I'm trying to update a Flyer for and ad for my company. doc file in Word, the entire document was unorganized and most of the images were not where they should be. I also attempted to save the PDF as a Word doc from Acrobat. All I am trying to do is to remove an image from the darn file. I understand that Acrobat is not an image editor. Instead, when I tried to select the image, only the Frame of the page was moved, but not my image.Īm I hearing that Acrobat does not permit you to manipulate (cut/paste) images on a document that was not originally created by you?

I also tried the Object Touchup Tool, but this would not even allow me to select the image. Right clicking on the selected image shows a context menu with only the following choices: I tried using the Select Image Tool, which allowed me to "Select" the Image, but I cannot delete it, cut it or do anything with it besides copying it to the clipboard. The document was not created by me so I don't know how it was created.Īll I want to do is to select an image in the PDF document and remove the image. In Acrobat, I'm editting a document with images and text. I have Acrobat Pro 6.0 and Photoshop CS installed. I've been reading all these posts and it's just very confusing.
